200-hour Ashtanga Immersion

A 200-hour immersion with David C. Kyle and Peg Mulqueen

This is a great opportunity to study the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, outside many of the traditional rules that keep the average person away from such an inspiring and “intense” practice.  Learn how to modify and build a beginner student Ashtanga practice in a “led class” setting and a “self-led” Mysore style setting – building a personal connection and experience with this amazing practice.

Learn hands on assists that are thoughtful and safe ways to adjust beginner and advanced students alike. Take advantage of being able to spread this experience out and increase your knowledge of the Ashtanga Yoga sequencing!

A teacher is always a student first.  That’s why students will be expected to maintain a regular Ashtanga practice as this training is not just about becoming a teacher – it’s about become a true student of yoga.
