about peg

with a gentle warmth and contagious sense of humor - peggy shares her passion of life and love with all those she meets.

peggy was a counselor for many years before stumbling upon one of the oldest forms of healing therapies – yoga.  since then, she has been helping others lead lives of change and renewal, exploration and discovery – all from a yoga mat.

and when not on her mat, peggy (her husband and two children close at hand) can be found on a surf board in maui -  learning to fall off gracefully and get back up . . . . or suspended 500 feet in the air on a zip line over a costa rican jungle -  conquering her fear of heights . . . .or searching for the perfect cast, fly fishing in the wilder places of montana.

Hi Peg, I would love to repost your articles on my website. I love your style of writing as well as the content and think my readers would, too. Of course it will include your name, a short bio and links to your blog. Would you be agreeable? Thank you, Deb

Hi Peg! I took your Mysore class this weekend. You are a wonderful teacher. Do you have an email address so that I may message you? I am wondering if you offer private lessons or workshops on the 2nd series. Thank you!

Dearest Peg, i fell in love with Ashtanga by the Rocket in SF. I don’t many yogis out there that study both methods (Mysore and Rocket), I wanted to ask if you could please share more about your own personal experience and how, if you have chosen one method over an other.
    Much love
    Aloha,
    Sofia
